Electric Bill coming Due now

On top of missing my college classes, due to internet bill not being paid yet ($300.86), but now electric bill is soon to be off and it is (218.00). It's not that I ignored my bills, it is however a result of my employer taking us from a weekly check of 332.00 a week, to making it a bi-weekly payday at 664.00 every 2 weeks. It has been more of a timing issue, than a not enough money issue, but we have to get these paid, we have 3 small children int he house as well as 2 dogs. I just need some help to get these paid up , so I can get them worked into my budget with the new bi-weekly set up.
