Get caught up in bills.

I have worked part-time for 2 years in order to take care if my mother who had end stage kidey disease. The reduction in income left me literally robbing peter to pay paul and my credit scire suffered along with 1 case of identity theft in October of 2016. I am a registered nurse working full-time in home health and I am a clinical professor with a large university part-time. I am still not caught up and late fees are killing me every month. Id like to borrow enough to pay off debts and eliminate late fees. Ability to repay can be verified along with employment/income, however, credit scores are worse than bad.
