home purchase

i have good credit, i'm purchasing a home and we're in escrow. an offer of 215k has been accepted. the house appraised at 225k. i've been working with banc of california for 2months. they have given me the run around, telling me every week that i was going to be approved for a loan. they haven't been able to make it happen, and so therefore, the sellers are about to walk away. this is a solid purchase. i own my own music education company - it's bee thriving for 16 years. i can pay 90k, but need 125k to complete the transaction. and then, obviously i will refinance to pay the loan back in 3 to 6 months. please let me know if you can help. i can send tax returns, bank statements, p & l... etc. thank you Peter Waldman
