I am looking for a legitimate investor who is willing to invest in me. I am requesting $750,000 for a 50/50 split of profit until the initial investment is paid back. Once the initial investment is paid off, the investor will become a 10% equity holder in the business. If the investment is not repaid in 5 years, the equity is increased by 5% each year until paid in full.

Earning projections for year 1 is $500,000. For years 2-5, $1.4 million, $2.3 million, $3.2 million and $4.1 million respectively. These projections are based on hiring 1 new employee each year.
